Shipping Policy

Where we ship: United States only.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 6–7 business days after payment (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time: After shipping, standard delivery takes 6–7 business days.

Total estimated time: 12–14 business days from the order date. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on all US orders.

Tracking: A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. It may take 24–48 hours to show updates.

How orders are fulfilled: Items are shipped directly from our supplier partners. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Delays: Carrier or weather delays can happen. If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date, contact us at info@petbuddiesstore.com and we will help.

Lost or damaged packages: Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date if tracking shows no delivery) with your order number and photos if damaged. We will replace or refund the item.
