Return & Refund Policy

Return window: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

How to start a return: Email info@petbuddiesstore.com with your order number and reason. We will send return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping: Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If the item is defective, damaged or wrong, we pay return shipping.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations: You can cancel before the order ships by emailing us.

Non-returnable items: Opened grooming products.
